Accreditation - Advanced Level Program

ACCREDITATION

The University of Utah’s School Psychology program will be reviewed for accreditation status through the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) during the spring of 2023. CAEP is nationally recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).


The Department of Educational Psycology offers an advanced level licensure in the following degree program:

Measure 2: Satisfaction of Employers and Stakeholder Involvement (PDF)
Data addresses employers' satisfaction with program completers.

Measure 3: Candidate Competency at Program Completion (PDF)
Data collected measures completers’ readiness to be recommended for licensure.

Measure 4: Ability of Completers to be Hired in Education Positions for Which They Have Been Prepared (PDF)
Data measures completers ability to be hired into positions of school leadership.
