The Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling prepares counselors to support individuals, families, and communities through research-based, socially just practices, while fostering professional competence, self-reflection, and personal growth.


 

2026-2027 Acmissions Timeline

We are very excited to review the applications we received this year.  Unfortunately, we are NOT able to accept any late applications.  Our application numbers are similar to years past and we anticipate accepting approximately 10% of those who applied.  

Our timeline is as follows:

Invitation to submit video interview January 20 - estimate
Invitation to attend Open House February 9 - estimate
Open House (zoom) by invitation ONLY February 20 morning
Invitation to meet via zoom with Counseling Psychology doctoral students February 16 - estimate
Meet via zoom with Counseling Psychology doctoral students by invitation ONLY February 24-27
Notice of acceptance/denial/waitlist March 9-13- estimate

December 1 (Yearly)

GRE Test Scores are not required.
