The Evaluation Process

Join Our Waitlist/Intake Process

To join our waitlist, you will engage in a brief screening and receive information about our services. Once we have a slot open, our team will contact you to determine if you are still interested in receiving services. From there you will be paired with a student clinician and begin the paperwork process.

2  Intake Interview

You will meet with the student clinician assigned to your case to discuss the evaluation process in greater depth and engage in a parent/caregiver interview. This will include discussion of your current concerns, along with your child’s relevant history.

3  Testing

Your child/adolescent will work directly with our student clinician to complete a series of assessment measures curated to meet the referral concerns. Testing will often include 2-3 appointments.

4  Conclusion & Feedback

You will engage in a feedback session with your student clinician to discuss your child's unique results. Based upon those results you may receive any applicable diagnoses as well as a series of recommendations to support your child moving forward. All of this information will also be disseminated via a comprehensive written report.
