Billing

• If you are unable to afford the service fees, you may petition the Clinic Director for reduced fees, or a payment plan. Sliding scale fees are determined based on income and financial need, following current Income Poverty Level guidelines.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• Payments can be made by check, cash, or credit card.
• We accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
• We do not bill or accept insurance payments. We are out of network.
• You may send receipt of payment to your insurance company for reimbursement, if it is covered.

Cost & Fees Disclosure

All fees support clinic operations, graduate student training, and community supervision. Student clinicians do not receive direct salaries for services provided.
